Who is responsible?
ZORROBYTES SL, NIF B19486489, at Avenida Mediterraneo 222, 18101 Vegas del Genil, Granada, Spain, is responsible for the personal information it processes in connection with this website and enquiries about its services.
Contact us at pavlo@zorrobytes.es or +34 600 436 988. Company registration details are in the legal notice.
The contact form
When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, description of your computer work and the task you want help with. The information is stored in a delivery queue on our server and emailed to pavlo@zorrobytes.es through our existing Google Workspace email service. We also record the enquiry in a private Google Sheet to manage follow-up. Your email is used as the reply address. Submitting the form is not a booking and does not subscribe you to marketing.
Queue copies are automatically deleted after 30 days. To limit spam, we temporarily keep a protected hash derived from your IP address for up to two hours. We do not store the form fields in browser storage or send them to an AI model. Your browser may independently offer autofill. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, bank details or confidential information about other people.
If you email or call us
We process the contact details and information you choose to share to answer your enquiry, arrange a first conversation and, if requested, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering general business enquiries. Providing information is voluntary, but we need a way to reply.
For new enquiries, our retention policy is to delete the information within 12 months of the last meaningful contact unless you become a client, ask us to delete it earlier, or a legal obligation or dispute requires continued retention. Information needed for an agreed service, accounting or legal claims is kept separately for the applicable legal periods. We do not automatically subscribe you to advertising emails.
Our email and communications service providers may handle messages to deliver the service. Access is limited to what is needed to manage your request. We do not sell your enquiry or use the brief form to train AI models. Work involving your files or accounts is agreed separately before a training session.
Visiting the website and service providers
The website and contact queue run on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. Google Workspace provides our email service and the private Google Sheet used to manage enquiries. IONOS manages our domain and forwards messages sent to contact@zorrobytes.com to our business mailbox. These providers process the data needed to host the website and deliver our messages. Access is limited to managing and securing the service.
Hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and connection information. We do not enable a separate website access log or visitor analytics database. Essential security and service logs may be retained by the infrastructure providers. Our basis for website security and spam prevention is legitimate interest.
Processing on our US server is a transfer outside the European Economic Area. Google publishes its contractual data-protection and transfer terms, including standard contractual clauses, in its Cloud Data Processing Addendum. You can ask us for details of the safeguards applicable to your data. See also IONOS’s privacy information.
Videos, images and fonts are served from this website. Watching the video does not load YouTube or Vimeo. External websites have their own policies.

Your choices and rights
